Auto Bills Adjustments Process

Most of the time USERS have the tendency of not adjusting the bills while making ... receipts and fill in the amount as On Account. By implying this process all On Account Entries will be adjusted against unadjusted bills on FIFO Basis. This Process will make On Account Entries completely null. By following this process Ledger Closing Balance and Bill Wise Balance will get matched.

Easy Backup

Security Copy Paste

Most Essential Features for Multiple company's around the globe. In Tally when you have multiple companies managed by different ...users, you will have to create security levels for each user in all the companies accordingly. Creating security levels and users in all the companies takes huge time (approximately 2-4 hrs) depending on the number of users. Using this module security levels can be copied and pasted in another company within fraction of seconds.

Godown Control

With multiple Godown feature in Tally, many times user makes mistake by selecting the wrong godown while invoicing. This feature helps... the user to select the godown limit in each transaction type. Very essential feature in terms of calculating proper valuation of inventory, as incorrect selection of the godown leads to mismatch in stock valuation.

Cost Centre wise P & L

With multiple locations companies always require location wise Profit & loss. Using this module you can generate cost center... (location) wise profit & loss Account in TallyPrime with the security of disabling the viewing of this report to other users.

PO Linking Control

When the users start using purchase order feature of default Tally, they usually face issues like mismatch in purchase... order and purchase as they don't link the purchase order to respective purchase invoices. Using this feature user will not be able to create purchase Invoice or receipt note without linking the purchase order, hence it controls the mismatch issues.

PO Qty Control

Very essential feature in terms of maintaining proper fund flow, with this feature users will not be able to select more quantity... while creating receipt note, purchase invoice or purchase order. Along with this you can adopt tolerance level.

Data Path Hide

This Features will hide Data Path in Tally where USER will not able to see where the data has been stored in Live Tally.

Multi Line Standard Description

This Feature will provide you to set multiple descriptions at Stock Master level. And while you create transactions the ...description automatically appears at entry & print level.

Extended Width Description

The width of the description will be extended at voucher level. And this feature will allow you to add additional description at entry level... and gets printed on the invoice.

Backdated Voucher Block

Usual Error from Tally user where invoice number gets’s into mismatch due to creation of backdated entries or usage of insert voucher... option in Tally. With this feature users will not be able to create backdated vouchers for specific transaction type.

Dispatch Auto Mail

This Module will send Invoice automatically once created in Tally. USER will be able to send Bulk invoices with single Click and get an option to send mails on common CC.

Auto E-way Bill

Tally will provide you to Generate E-way bill directly without going to E-way bill site. This module will terminate duplication of Invoice ... & creation of E-way Bill from the Portal Manually. Cancellation of E- way bill option will be available directly from Tally. Creation of E-way bill will become Easy and speedy without manual intervention.

Standard Master Import

Be it new data in Tally or new company in Tally, USERS have to create the entire stock master with opening Quantity Manually... or all Ledger Master. With this tool USER can upload Master data from excel to Tally with phenomenal speed and ease.

Advance Payment Follow-up Management

Payment Follow-up Management will help you to store all the follow up remarks done with your... clients. It allows your sales team to follow up on timely basis with their respective clients by setting up the follow up date. You will have the history of each follow up done with your clients in our follow-up history report.

Previous Outstanding in Invoice

Using this module it will ease the clients to view the total outstanding value in the invoice which bifurcates... the previous outstanding and the current Invoice details.
